Q2 How to Request for a Quote?
For standard parts, send us the part numbers and quantities by email, and we will quote within 24 hours.
For customized products, send us drawings or samples, including information such as material, dimensions, surface treatment, and quantity. We will provide pricing and produce a sample for you.
Q3. Can I Get a Sample?
Yes, samples are free of charge, but air freight is not included. You may provide your own freight account or consult our sales representative for the shipping cost. Sample delivery usually takes 3–5 days.
Q4. How Do You Handle Shipping & Import Duties?
We offer shipping under common terms such as EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDU.
If you prefer not to handle shipping or import procedures, we can manage everything for you — including shipping, customs clearance, and door-to-door delivery. No hassle at all — the parts will arrive directly at your doorstep.
We can ship by sea, by air, or via carriers like DHL, FedEx, UPS, or TNT.
Q5. Are you a Manufacturer or Trading Company?
SYZ Machine traces its roots back to 1999, when it was founded as Shanghai SYZ Bearing Co., Ltd. Over the years, we’ve evolved into a specialized manufacturer of rod ends and related components, with our main production facility now located in Jiangsu Province. To expand our capabilities in custom machining, we also operate a dedicated factory in Ningbo — Ningbo YongZhen Machine Co., Ltd.

Q6. What Are Your Payment Terms?
We accept payment by wire transfer or PayPal. Common terms are 30% in advance and 70% upon delivery.
Special payment terms can be discussed as needed.

Once your order is confirmed, our sales rep will provide an estimated lead time.
If any delay occurs, you’ll be informed in advance. We strive to stay on schedule, but if anything unexpected happens, we take full responsibility.
For urgent needs, we can ship by air. If you decide to cancel due to delay, we offer a full refund — no questions asked.
Q10. How Can I Become Your Sole Agent in My Country?
Except for the United States (our main market), we welcome sole agent applications from other countries.
The annual purchase requirement to qualify as a sole agent varies by market. If you’re interested, please email us and our owner will contact you directly.
Once a sole agent agreement is signed, we will sell only to you in that country, and forward all local customer inquiries to you.
