SYZ Rod Ends is a dedicated sub-brand of SYZ Machine (Shanghai Yongzhen Machine Components Co., Ltd.), focusing on high-performance machinery parts and accessories not only for automotive but also for a wide range of global industries.
We began as a specialized rod ends manufacturer focused on spherical bearing and heim joint solutions. Over the years, with continuous growth and customer demand, we have gradually expanded our product line to include ball joints, suspension arms, control arms, and other performance suspension components.
Today, our parts support a wide range of platforms: off-road vehicle, motorcycle, race car, ATV/UTV, watercraft, truck, tractor, excavator, industrial robot and more industries that need CNC machining components. As our business evolved, we now support not only automotive and racing applications but also industrial machinery, agriculture, and robotics.
We handle manufacturing, R&D, engineering, prototyping, shock assembly, dynamometer testing, and pull testing fully in-house at our 35,000 sq. ft. facility. Our quality system is certified to ISO 9001:2008 and SGS, and we take pride in delivering durable components at competitive prices.

2010
SYZ Jiangsu Factory
Due to rising costs and rapid expansion in Shanghai, SYZ moved its rod ends factory to Jiangsu Province, just a 1.5-hour drive from Shanghai. The new facility spans 35,000 sq.ft. and is equipped with 3 drilling machines, 19 CNC machines, 12 lathes, 4 grinding machines, 3 threading machines, 2 milling machines, and 1 mold injection machine. As a rod ends manufacturer, our product range has grown to include all kinds of rod ends, spherical bearings, ball joints, and custom components. We take pride in delivering high-quality parts at competitive prices to our global customers.
2012
SYZ Machine Established
Mr. Nenghua Wang, the founder of SYZ Bearing, retired, and his nephew Alex Wang took over the company. The company was renamed SYZ Machine Co., Ltd to reflect its broader capabilities — not only producing rod ends, but also manufacturing a wide range of custom machined parts for agricultural and industrial applications.
2013
SEMA Shows in Las Vegas
SYZ attended its first international SEMA Show. The Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) event, held annually in early November at the Las Vegas Convention Center, is one of the largest exhibitions in the automotive aftermarket industry. As a first-time exhibitor, SYZ showcased hundreds of in-house manufactured suspension components — including rod ends, spherical bearings, ball joints, and linkage adjusters — and received positive recognition from customers around the world.
2015
PRI Show
SYZ traveled to Indianapolis to attend the Performance Racing Industry (PRI) Show. We showcased many of our new products, including rebuildable joints, metric rod ends, and stainless steel rod ends. A valued customer and friend provided tremendous support during the event. After the show, we took a short trip to San Francisco — it was a memorable time for the team.
2015
Automechanika Shanghai
2015 was a busy and exciting year — we participated in the Automechanika Show in Shanghai. Many new team members joined SYZ, making our family even stronger. The show was highly rewarding: customers from around the world visited our booth, toured our office and facility, and left impressed with our products and services. As a growing rod ends manufacturer, this event marked an important step in expanding our international presence.
2016
SEMA Show
In 2016, SYZ attended the SEMA Show once again, showcasing our full lineup of products, including loader slot rod ends, 2-piece and 3-piece rod ends, COM-T spherical bearings, tie rod ends, ball joints, rack ends, linkage adjusters, misalignment spacers, tube adapters, rebuildable joints, and clevis mounts. As a reliable OEM rod ends supplier, we were proud to present such a diverse product range. After the show, we enjoyed an off-road UTV trial at the Arizona Sand Dunes — a perfect combination of business and adventure.
2017
PRI Show
At the 2017 PRI Show, we launched our new suspension A-Arms featuring high-quality TIG welding — impressing many of our U.S. customers. Our welding process combines skilled Chinese craftsmanship with American-standard quality. It was a proud moment for our team and reaffirmed our position as a trusted rod ends manufacturer committed to performance and precision. After the show, we took a short trip to New York — a memorable experience despite the freezing winter chill.
2017
Move-In Day
On November 18, 2017, we relocated our Shanghai office to the Jiurun Building. The new office houses our multilingual sales team (fluent in English, Japanese, Spanish, and German), along with departments for shipping and export clearance, finance, management, quality control, and a warehouse for regularly stocked parts ready for same-day shipping. This expansion strengthened our customer service and reinforced our role as an efficient OEM rod ends supplier.
2018
SYZ New Factory Built
In January 2018, to meet the growing demand for custom machining, SYZ established a new facility dedicated to manufacturing precision components beyond rod ends. Based on customer drawings or samples, we produce a wide range of custom parts quickly and cost-effectively. This investment expanded our capabilities not just as a rod ends manufacturer, but as a comprehensive provider of OEM rod ends and tailored mechanical solutions.

We Are Together
In 2018, we built snowmen, traveled together, celebrated birthdays, participated in training sessions, enjoyed family dinners, and held company parties — all TOGETHER. It was a year filled with growth, bonding, and shared joy, strengthening the spirit behind every precision part we deliver.

In 2018, SYZ once again participated in the SEMA Show, presenting a full range of components including loader slot rod ends, 2-piece and 3-piece rod ends, COM-T spherical bearings, tie rod ends, ball joints, rack ends, linkage adjusters, misalignment spacers, tube adapters, rebuildable joints, and clevis mounts. Travel to Jeju Island
To thank our team for their hard work and strengthen company cohesion, the SYZ team traveled to South Korea on December 20 for a 5-day, 4-night trip to Jeju Island. This team-building activity reflected the company’s appreciation for its employees and fostered a stronger sense of belonging. With renewed energy and unity, we looked ahead to 2020 with the goal of serving our customers even better and building a brighter future — hand in hand.
