Product Concept
A forged poly bushing is a complete flex-joint housing assembly: a forged steel shank body holding a polyurethane bushing over a carbon-steel inner sleeve.
Polyurethane provides compliant, vibration-damping articulation. Delrin (POM) and UHMW replacement bushings cover different stiffness, friction and wear priorities; choose from the qualitative comparison below and confirm the application with SYZ.
System Synergy: Working as a complete replacement pivot insert for rebuildable flex joints, when the polyurethane insert wears out from high-cycle off-road travel, you press in a new bushing while reusing the forged steel body.
