What we coordinate

Support Built Around the Part You Need

From technical review to packing and shipment, each step is planned around the part, quantity, and application.

01

Drawing & Sample Review

Send a 2D or 3D drawing, physical sample, or application brief. We review dimensions, tolerances, threads, material request, quantity, and inspection needs.

02

Production Route Planning

We match machining, assembly, affiliated production, and external special processes to the part and the agreed quality requirements.

03

Multi-Component Sourcing

Rod ends, spherical bearings, linkage parts, ball joints, tie rods, spacers, and suitable related hardware can be reviewed as one sourcing list.

04

Quality Documentation

Material records, first-article or dimensional reports, inspection plans, and customer-specific documents are coordinated according to the order.

05

Packing & Labeling

Packaging, labels, quantities per carton, and product identification can be reviewed for standard catalog or repeat OEM requirements.

06

Export Coordination

The international business team coordinates the agreed shipment route, commercial documents, and delivery requirements after quotation approval.

Know Where the Work Happens

Different components call for different routes. We explain how each process is assigned across our facilities and qualified partners, so your program receives the right production coverage.

01

Own Ningbo Facility

2,200 m², 30 staff, and 48 machines. In-house work includes turning, milling, CNC machining, grinding, drilling, tapping, punching, bending, assembly, and packing.

Forging, heat treatment, welding, and surface finishing are external processes when required.

02

Affiliated Jiangsu Bases

The Wuxi base supports rod ends and ball joints; the Taixing base supports structural and sheet-metal programs. They are independent affiliated production bases with different equipment and product roles.

We identify the production base and inspection route for each program.

03

Qualified External Network

Around 30 partner factories in the Ningbo and Taizhou area help cover specialised processes, additional capacity, and selected non-standard requirements.

We select partners by process capability, scale, location, and the requirements of your program.

Start with useful information

What to Send for a Faster Technical Review

A clear starting package helps us identify the production route and the documents needed for quotation.

  • Technical reference: drawing, sample photos, or a physical sample.
  • Fit and function: interface dimensions, thread direction, load or movement context, and application.
  • Commercial scope: target quantity, timing, destination, and repeat-order expectations.
  • Quality scope: material documents, first article, dimensional checks, third-party inspection, or customer forms.
  • Presentation: packaging, labeling, kit contents, and shipping-document requirements.
From requirement to shipment

A Practical Six-Step Workflow

The exact timing depends on the product, route, quantity, and approval requirements. You receive a clear view of each step throughout the project.

01

Review

Clarify the drawing, sample, application, quantity, and destination.

02

Route & Quote

Confirm production route, material or finish needs, inspection scope, and quotation.

03

Sample / FAI

Produce and inspect a sample or first article when the program requires approval.

04

Approval

Record the approved drawing, inspection criteria, packaging, and commercial requirements.

05

Production

Coordinate the selected facility, affiliated base, or external process route.

06

Pack & Ship

Complete final checks, agreed documents, packing, and the selected export route.

Buyer questions

Service Capability FAQ

What to expect when a standard catalog item is not enough.

Can SYZ work from a drawing or sample?
Yes. Send a 2D or 3D drawing, a physical sample, or an application brief. We review dimensions, tolerances, threads, material request, quantity, and inspection requirements before confirming the route.
What production routes can SYZ coordinate?
The route may use the own Ningbo facility, an affiliated Jiangsu production base, or a qualified external process. Machining, assembly, forging, heat treatment, welding, laser cutting, and surface finishing are assigned according to the part and requirement.
How long do samples and production usually take?
Timing depends on the product line, process, quantity, and approval scope. A typical Ningbo sample timing is 20 days and standard production timing is 30 days; the quotation confirms the timing for the actual route.
Can you source several related components together?
Yes. Rod ends, spherical bearings, linkage components, ball joints, tie rods, spacers, and related hardware can be reviewed together. The quotation will identify the route and scope for each item.
What quality documents can be included?
Material certificates, first-article or dimensional inspection reports, inspection plans, and customer-specific documents can be included when required. We agree the required package before production begins.
Can packaging and shipping requirements be customized?
Packaging, labeling, quantities per carton, shipping documents, and the agreed delivery route can be reviewed for standard, OEM, and repeat-order programs. Commercial terms and timing are confirmed in the quotation.
