Requirement Review
Dimensions, tolerances, thread direction, material request, quantity, finish, and inspection documents are clarified before the route is confirmed.
Quality requirements are defined before production starts, then matched to the manufacturing route, product, and customer inspection plan. That keeps dimensional control and release decisions connected to the part you actually order.
Each product family and application calls for its own process and inspection depth. We match the inspection plan to the drawing, sample, application, and order requirements.
Dimensions, tolerances, thread direction, material request, quantity, finish, and inspection documents are clarified before the route is confirmed.
Material documentation and incoming checks are reviewed before the selected production process is released.
Initial parts are compared with the drawing and agreed inspection criteria so fit and critical dimensions are checked early.
Work instructions and in-process checks support consistency during machining, thread work, assembly, or other approved operations.
Measurement tools and hardness checks are selected by product and order. CMM, optical projection, Rockwell, thread, and other checks are used where required.
Finished goods follow 100% inspection, sampling, or a customer-specified plan, followed by approved packing and document coordination.
Machining, assembly, affiliated production, and specialist processes may form part of one order. We explain the inspection points and records that apply to each route.

Each site has a defined role, so you can see where machining, assembly, quality checks, and special processes take place.
Engineering, quality management, purchasing, and international business connect customer requirements with the selected production route.
Turning, milling, CNC machining, grinding, drilling, tapping, punching, bending, assembly, and packing are completed in-house. Forging, heat treatment, welding, and surface finishing use external processes when required.
This affiliated production base has in-house machining, grinding, thread rolling, assembly, and inspection, with an SGS Production Trading Assessment.
This affiliated base supports suitable structural programs with punching, laser cutting, CNC work, forming, robotic welding, shot blasting, and coating.
The Jiangsu sites are independent affiliated production bases. When a part requires forging, heat treatment, welding, or surface finishing, we coordinate the appropriate qualified process and explain the route for your program.
The inspection package is tailored to the product, production route, and customer requirements. We can include the relevant documents in the quotation and project review.
Material certificates and incoming-document checks can be included when required by the order.
First-article and dimensional inspection reports can be prepared against the approved drawing and inspection plan.
Thread, hardness, assembly, or customer-specified checks are considered according to the component and route.
Client visits and third-party inspections can be arranged for the relevant production site and order.
Earlier certifications included Lloyd’s Register ISO/TS 16949 (2016–2019) and WSF ISO 9001:2008 (2013–2019). Our current quality certification is ISO 9001:2015.
Clear answers before you send a drawing, sample, or inspection plan.
Send the drawing, sample details, target quantity, material request, and required documents. We will clarify the production route and next quality step.
