JMX M JFX M Product Overview
JFXR30M / JFXL30M is a three-piece precision metric female rod end with a 30 mm bore (B) and 69.85 mm body housing diameter (D). The 47.62 mm 52100 steel ball is precision ground, heat treated, and hard chrome plated, seated in a heat-treated alloy steel race with PTFE liner option. Female body length (AF) is 105 mm, thread engagement (CF) is 54 mm, body width (W) is 34.93 mm, body thickness (T) is 25.4 mm. Approximate weight: 1093 g.
Rated at 338,960 N static radial load with ±17° misalignment angle, the JFX-M series provides significantly higher load capacity than standard carbon steel metric female rod ends through heat-treated alloy steel construction. This internally threaded M30 X 2.0 female rod end suits very heavy structural linkages, large industrial machinery, and maximum-duty pivot assemblies. The female body threads onto a mating stud or tube adapter; alloy steel body with silver zinc plating.
Available in right-hand (JFXR30M) and left-hand (JFXL30M) metric thread configurations. PTFE-lined version (add ‘T’ suffix, e.g., JFXR30MT) for maintenance-free operation. Studded versions (add ‘S’ suffix) also available. Polished hard chrome finish and alternate thread pitch variants available on request. Inch-thread equivalent is the JFX series.
