CMT-16-065 is a section of 4130 chromoly steel tubing with 1″ OD and 0.065″ wall thickness (ID ≈ 0.87″). Cut to length from 6″ to 50″ (±0.090″ tolerance). Sold by the piece at the specified length.
4130 chromoly steel combines high tensile strength with good weldability, making it the standard material for lightweight, high-strength chassis tubes, suspension links, and push rods in racing, off-road, and industrial applications. Pair with WTF tube adapters (female-end inserts) and BAN bung adjuster nuts to build complete adjustable linkage assemblies.
4140 and 4340 chromoly options available in volume. DOM mild steel available on request. Hex wrench sections (weld-on wrench hexes) available to add mid-tube adjustment points.
