LINKAGE ADJUSTER Product Overview
LBA-M10 / LBAX-M10 / ALBA-M10 is a female-male linkage adjuster with M10×1.5 LH male thread and M10×1.5 RH female thread. Overall length (A) = 88.0mm, body length (B) = 41.0mm, male thread length (C) = 29.5mm, female thread bore reach (D) = 27.0mm, hex diameter (E) = 15.85mm.
The LBA (carbon steel, zinc plated), LBAX (4130 chromoly, heat treated, zinc plated), and ALBA (aluminum, black anodized) linkage adjusters thread one rod end into the female socket and one into the male shank. Turning the body extends or shortens the assembly — a low-profile alternative to jack screws for steering links, tie rods, and pull-pull control systems. LH/RH thread combination allows adjustment without removing end fittings.
Carbon steel: LBA-M10. Chromoly: LBAX-M10. Aluminum: ALBA-M10. Special lengths available in volume. Metric size LBA-M10 available for metric rod ends.

100% go/no-go gauge check on all threaded sections. Zero tolerance on dimensional non-conformance.
Load Capacity Test
Static and dynamic load tests run on representative samples from each production batch.
Dimensional Measurement
CMM verification of critical dimensions — ball diameter, bore, thread pitch, and body length.
Surface Inspection
Visual and tactile inspection for burrs, scratches, surface cracks, and plating defects.
Articulation Test
Misalignment angle and torque measured to confirm liner performance meets specification.
Heat Treatment Verify
Hardness tests confirm proper heat treatment on chromoly steel bodies and bearing balls.

LINKAGE ADJUSTER Frequently Asked Questions
What is a linkage adjuster used for?
A linkage adjuster is used to fine-tune center-to-center length in threaded linkage assemblies without removing the full assembly.
What materials are available in this series?
This series includes carbon steel zinc plated, chromoly heat treated, and aluminum black anodized options.
How do I choose the correct thread sizes?
Start with the left-hand and right-hand thread sizes, then confirm A, B, C, D, and E dimensions for fitment and adjustment range.
Why are both male and female thread dimensions important?
Because the adjuster uses a female-male architecture, both thread interfaces affect compatibility, adjustment range, and final assembly strength.
Which dimensions matter most for fitment?
Thread sizes, A overall reference, B/C/D body dimensions, and E wrench flat are the main fitment checkpoints.
Can SYZ make special sizes?
Yes. Special sizes are available in production volume for OEM or repeat fabrication programs.
