Construction
Technical Spec.
- Bearing shell and inner ring: 100Cr6 / AISI 52100 bearing steel, hardened and ground, with phosphate and molybdenum-disulfide surface treatment.
- Housing: Sizes 20–80 use forged, heat-treated C45 / AISI 1045 steel; sizes 90–120 use GS400 nodular cast iron.
- Lubrication and option: Hydraulic grease nipple to DIN 71412; a GE..LO spherical plain bearing can be supplied on request, subject to size and application.
- Temperature range: -50°C to +150°C under the stated material and lubrication configuration.
