related-product-inchCBL3DP is a replacement rod end steel ball with 0.1900″ bore (B), 0.437″ ball diameter (D), and 0.312″ width (W).
Made from 52100 bearing steel — precision ground, heat treated, and hard chrome plated. The CBL-DP series balls are dimensioned to drop-in replace worn balls in standard rod end bodies. Used when rebuilding rod ends rather than replacing the complete assembly. 440C stainless steel balls available for corrosive-environment rod ends. Suitable for all standard series rod end bodies in the matching bore size.
440C stainless steel option available. High-misalignment ball equivalent: HMBL series. Sold individually; inspect housing bore and race for wear before installation.

The CBL3DP is a replacement rod end steel ball dimensioned to drop into standard rod end bodies in the matching bore size. It's used when rebuilding a worn rod end rather than replacing the complete assembly.
Bore (B) is 0.1900", ball diameter (D) is 0.437", and width (W) is 0.312" — match these to the housing bore and race you're rebuilding before ordering.
Standard material is 52100 bearing steel, precision ground, heat treated, and hard chrome plated. A 440C stainless steel version is available for corrosive-environment rod ends.
Yes. The 440C stainless steel option is available for rod ends operating in corrosive environments where the standard 52100 hard chrome ball isn't sufficient — specify 440C when requesting a quote.
The CBL3DP is the standard-misalignment CBL-DP replacement ball for this bore size; the HMBL series is its high-misalignment equivalent, for rod end bodies that need a greater articulation angle than the standard ball geometry allows.
Inspect the housing bore and race for wear before installation — the CBL3DP is sold individually and is meant to drop-in replace a worn ball in an otherwise sound rod end body, not to compensate for a worn or oversized race.
