JMR30M / JML30M is a three-piece precision metric male rod end with a 30 mm bore (B) and 74.93 mm body housing diameter (D). The 47.62 mm 52100 steel ball is precision ground, heat treated, and hard chrome plated, seated in an alloy steel precision race with PTFE liner option. Body length (AM) is 114 mm, thread shank engagement (CM) is 64 mm, body width (W) is 34.93 mm, body thickness (T) is 25.78 mm. Approximate weight: 1224 g.
Rated at 193,732 N static radial load with ±17° misalignment angle, this M30 X 2.0 threaded male rod end suits very heavy-duty structural linkages, large industrial machinery, and high-load pivot assemblies. The three-piece precision construction provides tighter dimensional control compared to two-piece designs, making the JM-M series a practical step up for applications that demand consistent articulation under varying load cycles. Carbon steel body with yellow zinc plating.
Available in right-hand (JMR30M) and left-hand (JML30M) metric thread configurations. PTFE-lined version (add ‘T’ suffix, e.g., JMR30MT) for self-lubricating, maintenance-free operation. Studded versions (add ‘S’ suffix) also available. Alternate thread pitch variants available on request. Silver zinc plating option available; inch-thread equivalent is the JM series.
