SCM-MT SCF-MT Product Overview
SCFR6MT / SCFL6MT is a metric two-piece stainless steel female rod end with a 6 mm bore (B) and 19.00 mm body housing diameter (D). The 12.70 mm 440C stainless steel ball is precision ground and heat treated, running in a PTFE-lined 304 stainless steel body socket. Female body length (AF) is 30 mm, thread engagement (CF) is 14 mm, body width (W) is 9 mm, body thickness (T) is 6.25 mm. Approximate weight: 25 g.
Rated at 6,138 N static radial load with ±23° misalignment angle, this internally threaded M6 X 1.0 female rod end suits food processing, pharmaceutical equipment, marine hardware, and other corrosive-environment applications. The female body threads onto a mating stud or tube adapter. All-stainless construction with PTFE-lined socket provides self-lubricating, corrosion-resistant performance.
Available in right-hand (SCFR6MT) and left-hand (SCFL6MT) metric thread configurations. Studded version (add ‘-S’ suffix, e.g., SCFR6MT-S) also available. Alternate thread pitch variants available on request. 316 stainless steel and 17-4 stainless steel body options available. Inch-thread equivalent is the SCF-T series.
