3/4-16 LH / 1-12 LHBANL-16-12 Bung Adjuster Nut
BUNG ADJUSTER NUT Product Overview
BANL-16-12 is a right-hand bung adjuster nut with 3/4-16 LH internal thread and 1-12 LH external thread. Hex size = 1.125″ across flats, total length = 1.75″, hex length = 0.422″.
Made from 4130 chromoly steel with silver zinc plating. The bung adjuster nut fits into a weld-in tube bung and accepts a rod end or linkage component on the internal thread, while the external thread connects to a tube adapter or threaded housing. Allows fine length adjustment in suspension links, steering tie rods, and push-pull control rods.
Left-hand thread versions available (BANL prefix). Paired with tube adapters (WTF series) and rod ends for complete adjustable linkage assemblies. Special sizes and plating options available in volume.

BUNG ADJUSTER NUT Frequently Asked Questions
What is a bung adjuster nut used for?
A bung adjuster nut is used to connect internal and external threads in adjustable tube and bung assemblies, especially in suspension, steering, and fabricated linkage systems.
What material is used for these bung adjuster nuts?
This series uses chromoly steel construction with a silver zinc plated finish for strength, durability, and improved corrosion resistance.
Are right-hand and left-hand thread versions available?
Yes. The series includes right-hand, left-hand, and mixed-thread configurations, depending on the part number.
How do I choose the correct bung adjuster nut?
Choose by internal thread, external thread, required hex size, and overall installed length. The size chart on the product page shows these dimensions by part number.
Can special sizes be produced?
Yes. Special sizes are available in volume. Contact us with the internal thread, external thread, and dimensional requirements.
What assemblies commonly use bung adjuster nuts?
They are commonly used in link bars, tie rods, suspension links, and other threaded tube assemblies where easy adjustment and strong hardware are important.
