Construction
Technical Spec.
- Bearing shell and inner ring: 100Cr6 / AISI 52100 bearing steel, hardened and ground, with phosphate and molybdenum-disulfide surface treatment.
- Housing: Forged St 52-3 steel housing throughout the listed HCR15N size range.
- Lubrication: Hydraulic grease nipple to DIN 71412 for service access during the operating life.
- Temperature range: -50°C to +150°C under the stated material and lubrication configuration.

Application Notes
- Check the bore, outer diameter, available tilt angle and housing length against the cylinder design.
- Use the dynamic and static load values with the actual cylinder side load and duty cycle.
- For a quotation, provide the required size and the target mounting geometry when available.
