What Is Custom Clevis?

Custom Clevis are forked or yoke-style end fittings that create a pinned connection between a threaded rod, actuator, cylinder, bracket, or fabricated linkage. The clevis pin provides the pivot and makes the joint straightforward to assemble and service when the mating bracket is correctly aligned. Check thread, clevis width, pin diameter, side clearance, shear loading, retention, and resistance to side load before installation.
