Metric hydraulic rod end bearings for cylinder linkages with 100Cr6 / AISI 52100 bearing steel, forged C45 / AISI 1045 or GS400 housing options by size, size-dependent grease access, and published sizes from 12 to 100.
Tell us the dimensional target, material preference, and application constraints. We'll help match or develop the right solution.
Ask for Custom SupportHCR12S is a metric hydraulic-cylinder rod end bearing series for rod-end linkage applications. It uses a hardened and ground 100Cr6 / AISI 52100 bearing shell and inner ring, with forged C45 / AISI 1045 steel housings in sizes 12–50 and GS400 nodular cast iron housings in sizes 60–100.

HCR12S is a metric hydraulic-cylinder rod end bearing series with published dimensional, clearance, load and ordering data.
The published HCR12S specification table contains 10 sizes in the listed range.
Bearing shell and inner ring: 100Cr6 / AISI 52100 bearing steel, hardened and ground, phosphate and molybdenum-disulfide treated. Housing: forged, heat-treated C45 / AISI 1045 steel in sizes 12–50; GS400 nodular cast iron in sizes 60–100.
Size 12 is not regreasable; sizes 16–50 use a housing grease hole; larger sizes use a DIN 71412 hydraulic grease nipple.
The HCR12S page lists an operating range of -50°C to +150°C under the stated material and lubrication configuration.
Provide the required size, cylinder-side mounting geometry or drawing, duty-cycle information and any lubrication or material requirements.
