The AMR10 / AML10 is a 0.6250" bore, 5/8-18 threaded 7075-T6 aluminum male rod end, used for heavy-duty suspension, off-road steering, and high-load industrial linkage applications.
Bore (B) is 0.6250", body diameter (D) is 1.500", overall body length (AM) is 2.625", thread engagement (CM) is 1.625", width (W) is 0.750", and body thickness (T) is 0.562", weighing approximately 0.180 lbs.
The AMR10 is rated at 8,600 lb static radial load with ±16° misalignment angle.
The body is 7075-T6 aircraft aluminum, color anodized red or black, the 1.125" ball is 52100 bearing steel, precision ground, heat treated, hard chrome plated, and it runs in an injection molded, reinforced nylon with PTFE race that is permanently self-lubricating and self-sealing, so no grease fittings are required.
AMR10 is the right-hand thread version and AML10 is the left-hand thread version of the same 0.6250" male rod end — order the matching pair for turnbuckle-style or fixed-end linkage assemblies as your design requires.
Yes. A stud configuration is available on request (add suffix S, e.g. AMR10S / AML10S), and the anodized aluminum body is available in Red, Black, Plain, Purple, Blue, Green, and Pink — confirm color and stud option when requesting a quote.
