G CLEVIS METRIC Product Overview
G 12x48FG is a metric G-series clevis with M12×1.25 (fine-pitch thread) thread, 12 mm pin bore (d1), 48 mm pin length (l1). Body width (w3) = 24 mm, overall body length (l2) = 86 mm. Approximate weight: 175 g.
Made from Q235 steel with silver zinc plating. The G-series clevis is a female fork fitting that accepts a clevis pin through the bore, allowing articulated connection to a mating bracket or linkage eye. The threaded end connects to a metric actuator, cylinder rod, or tube adapter. Used in pneumatic cylinder linkages, automation controls, valve actuators, and general-purpose metric clevis assemblies.
Left-hand thread available — add ‘LH’ suffix (e.g., G×12x48FGLH). Stainless steel and aluminum versions available on request. Clevis pin, washer, and cotter pin available separately. Spring-pin clevis option available.
