HBT5-9.00 is a 5/16-24 hex bar turnbuckle with 0.5″ hex across flats and 9.00″ total body length. Both ends are female-threaded (one RH, one LH) to accept rod ends or ball joints.
The HBT series hex bar turnbuckle is a female-female adjuster: thread one rod end into the right-hand end and another into the left-hand end. Rotating the hex body with a wrench extends or shortens the assembly in fine increments. Used for wheel alignment adjustment, suspension geometry tuning, steering tie rods, and any application requiring precise, tool-accessible length adjustment. Carbon steel, silver zinc plated.
