HCR10C-50 is a metric hydraulic-cylinder rod end bearing for compact cylinder-side linkage assemblies. It combines a Forged St 52-3 steel housing with a bearing shell and inner ring made from 100Cr6 / AISI 52100 bearing steel, hardened and ground; phosphate and molybdenum-disulfide surface treatment.
The size-50 configuration has a 112 mm outer diameter, 35 mm inner ring width, 30 mm bearing width, 88 mm medium length, 6 mm diameter, 144 mm overall length, and 4 mm L1 length. Published performance values are 43-120 μm internal clearance, 156 kN dynamic load rating, 250 kN static load rating, 62 mm collar diameter, 6° tilt angle, and approximately 2690 g weight.
