JFR20M / JFL20M is a three-piece precision metric female rod end with a 20 mm bore (B) and 46 mm body housing diameter (D). The 34.93 mm 52100 steel ball is precision ground, heat treated, and hard chrome plated, seated in an alloy steel precision race with PTFE liner option. Female body length (AF) is 77 mm, thread engagement (CF) is 40 mm, body width (W) is 25 mm, body thickness (T) is 18.0 mm. Approximate weight: 350 g.
Rated at 50,955 N static radial load with ±20° misalignment angle, this M20 X 1.5 internally threaded female rod end suits heavy-duty industrial machinery, agricultural implements, and large actuator systems. The female body threads onto a mating stud or tube adapter, functioning as the pivot end of a rod-end linkage assembly. Three-piece precision construction; carbon steel body with yellow zinc plating.
Available in right-hand (JFR20M) and left-hand (JFL20M) metric thread configurations. PTFE-lined version (add ‘T’ suffix, e.g., JFR20MT) for maintenance-free operation. Studded versions (add ‘S’ suffix) also available. Alternate thread pitch variants available on request. Silver zinc plating option available; inch equivalent is the JF series.
