PCYM-T PCYF-T Product Overview

PCYFR6T / PCYFL6T features a 0.3750″ bore (B) and 1.125″ body diameter (D). Overall body length (AF) is 2.125″, thread engagement (CF) measures 1.062″. Width (W) is 0.875″ and body thickness (T) is 0.390″. Approximate weight: 0.200 lbs.

Rated at 11,050 lb static radial load with ±46° ultra-high misalignment angle, this 2-piece female rod end with a 3/8-24 UNF 3A internal thread suits robotic joints, steering linkages, and precision motion control systems requiring wide angular movement. The extra-wide misalignment range is achieved through a special high-misalignment 52100 bearing steel ball, precision ground and hard chrome plated.

PTFE liner is standard on all PCYM-T / PCYF-T models, providing maintenance-free, lubrication-free operation from first installation. Stud configuration available (add suffix S). Body is 4130 chromoly steel, heat treated and black oxide coated; ball is 52100 bearing steel, hard chrome plated.
