B 0.6250 / D 1.3750YPB10T Spherical Bearing (Inch)
YPB T Product Overview
YPB10T is a high-misalignment PTFE-lined spherical bearing with a 0.6250″ bore (B) and 1.3750″ OD (D). Body width (W) = 1.200″, inner race width (T) = 0.567″. Ball diameter = 1.250″. Flat OD (O) = 0.856″. Approximate weight: 0.250 lb.
Rated at 44,651 lb static radial load with ±20.0° misalignment angle — one of the highest misalignment angles in the spherical bearing range. The 52100 bearing steel ball is precision ground, heat treated, and hard chrome plated. The alloy steel race is heat treated, oil coated, and PTFE lined. The large ball-to-bore ratio and deep race geometry accommodate angular deflection that would cause standard spherical bearings to bind. Used in suspension systems, ATV/UTV controls, and fabricated linkages with significant angular travel.
Stainless race + stainless ball: add ‘-SS’ suffix (e.g., YPB10T-SS). Stainless race + steel ball: add ‘-S’ suffix (e.g., YPB10T-S). Standard misalignment range: WPB-T series. COM-T series for lighter-duty self-lubricating applications.

YPB T Frequently Asked Questions
What is YPB-T used for?
YPB-T spherical bearings are used in articulated joints and linkage positions where high misalignment capability, PTFE-lined race construction, and strong radial support are required.
What makes YPB-T different from standard spherical bearings?
YPB-T is designed for high-misalignment service and uses a PTFE-lined race for self-lubricating spherical movement in demanding articulated applications.
What materials are used in YPB-T spherical bearings?
YPB-T uses a 52100 bearing steel ball, precision ground, heat treated, and hard chrome plated, together with an alloy steel race that is heat treated, oil coated, and PTFE lined.
Are stainless options available in YPB-T?
Yes. Add -SS for stainless race and stainless ball, or -S for stainless race with steel ball, for example YPB12T-SS or YPB12T-S.
Why choose a high-misalignment spherical bearing?
A high-misalignment spherical bearing is selected when the joint must accommodate larger articulation angles while still supporting radial load in a compact envelope.
How do I choose the right YPB-T size?
Start with the required bore, outer diameter, widths, ball size, misalignment angle, and static radial load shown in the size chart, then confirm whether standard, -S, or -SS configuration is the better fit for the application.
