Overview

VM VF Product Overview

VMR3 / VML3 features a 0.1900″ bore (B) and 0.625″ body diameter (D), with a 0.437″ precision-ground 52100 steel ball running in an oil-impregnated sintered bronze race. Overall body length (AM) is 1.250″, thread engagement (CM) measures 0.750″. Width (W) is 0.312″ and body thickness (T) is 0.250″. Approximate weight: 0.030 lbs.

Rated at 1,169 lb static radial load with ±13° misalignment angle, this 3-piece male rod end with a 10-32 UNF 3A external thread suits light-duty linkages, control systems, and precision instrumentation. The sintered bronze race is oil-impregnated during manufacture, providing continuous self-lubrication without external greasing — ideal for installations where periodic maintenance access is limited.

Available in right-hand (VMR3) and left-hand (VML3) thread configurations. Grease fitting option available (add suffix Z, e.g. VMR3Z) for extended service intervals. Stud configuration also available (suffix S). Silver zinc plating available on request for enhanced corrosion protection. Body is carbon steel, heat treated and yellow zinc plated.
