FORGED POLY BUSHING Product Overview

CBS-15 / XBS-15 is a forged poly bushing with 3/4-16 thread. Housing OD (A) = 2.0″, housing length (C) = 2.95″. Bushing bore (B) = 0.5″, housing ID (D) = 1.5″, overall width (w) = 2.0″.

The CBS (carbon steel body) and XBS (4130 chromoly body, heat treated) variants use a polyurethane bushing running on a carbon steel BOM sleeve. Designed for high-deflection pivot points in 4-link suspension, trailing arms, and custom chassis builds where a reusable, rebuildable bushing joint is needed. The polyurethane bushing provides good NVH damping and resistance to petroleum products.

Carbon steel body (CBS-15). 4130 chromoly heat-treated body (XBS-15). Polyurethane bushing included. BOM sleeve included. Special bushing durometers available on request.
