1 1/4-12CBS-22 / XBS-22 is a forged poly bushing with 1 1/4-12 thread. Housing OD (A) = 3.0″, housing length (C) = 4.21″. Bushing bore (B) = 0.75″, housing ID (D) = 2.1″, overall width (w) = 2.625″.
The CBS (carbon steel body) and XBS (4130 chromoly body, heat treated) variants use a polyurethane bushing running on a carbon steel BOM sleeve. Designed for high-deflection pivot points in 4-link suspension, trailing arms, and custom chassis builds where a reusable, rebuildable bushing joint is needed. The polyurethane bushing provides good NVH damping and resistance to petroleum products.
