- Ball: 52100 bearing steel, precision ground, heat treated, and hard chrome plated. 440C stainless optional.
- Race: Alloy steel, heat treated, oil coated. Stainless steel optional, zinc plated optional.
- Liner: Reinforced nylon race with PTFE for low-friction load-slot articulation.
- Construction: SLB uses a load-slot spherical bearing design for PTFE-lined commercial and heavy-duty applications.
