【Custom Thread Tube Insert in Left and Right Hand】 SYZ offers Custom Thread Tube Insert for use in Heim joints and rod end linkages. Our weld-in threaded tube inserts are available in both left and right-hand thread options, with left-hand variants marked by external grooves for easy identification.
【High Strength Materials & Configurations】 Manufactured from durable 4130 chromoly steel, these inserts are designed to be welded directly into DOM tubing or other structural applications. Hex-style or round options are available depending on your build requirements. Female threads are precision-machined to ensure secure mating with Heim joints or rod ends.
【Sizes and Threading】 A wide range of outer diameters (from 3/8” to 2”) and thread sizes (10-32 to 1-1/4-12) are available, covering both inch and metric dimensions. Complete specification tables are provided upon request or can be browsed in our catalog.
